    I really like Heaney a lot, but Pauls is a worthy champion, and if anyone had to beat him I'm glad it was him.

    Good performance by Pauls. I feel bad for Heaney for getting stopped but he only won 4 rounds on my card. Not sure why he stopped throwing the left to the body after hurting Pauls with it but ultimately Pauls' power proved to be the difference against a tough Heaney.

    I love Heaney as a fighter and character, and I really wanted him to win tonight.

    But great night and decisive victory for Paul's.


    Fair play to him and well done. Styles makes fights really did make the difference here. Grunt power being the denominator. Both hearts were equal.


    And as a tribute to the man who didn't win tonight..


    I'll allow and dismiss any copyright revenue on the song I wrote for Tom Jones many moons ago.

    Even though some of the fights were cancelled, the show tonight was great. It deserved to be called magnificent. :chuck:

    Cracking fight and could have gone either way if it went to the scorecards.
    Heaney was boxing well and winning the early rounds until he got knocked down and Paul's stepped up a gear .
    Paul's showed the desire to get the job done and give it everything in that final round.
    Good wins for Essoman and Andrew Cain too
