For those who are confused Frampton is British and identifies as both Northern Irish and British.

The same applies to Dogboe (British Ghanaian) Chisora (British Zimbabwean) and Whyte (British Jamaican).

In Lewis' case he is British with dual nationality having been born in the United Kingdom but later having gained Canadian citizenship. He may also hold Jamaican citizenship.
