How would you go about in founding out your natural body weight? I saw a thread about choosing a weight class but wondering how to know your natural body weight without feeling drained. How much body fat, height, etc...

You have a walking weight established once you've been training. Some people find it more comfortable to fight at their walking weight or they cut down. It is all dependent on how you feel and you can only know from experiencing it yourself as to how much weight you can drop before you lose steam.
