I do look the size of about a featherweight if you looked at me.. People always think I weigh less than I really do.. You're right though.. I probably could see myself around 135lbs and ripped as **** :D.. I do plan on going back to the gym though and train about three days a week, while exercising at home the other days.. The hardest part for me though is to quit smoking, as I am terribly addicted to cigarettes which I will try to quit once I start going back to the gym..

Natural weight is what you weigh outside of training camp and fight night ...

My gosh...Never seen so many light people in my life. Not to say that's a bad thing, but the majority of people are overweight, and I don't think I've read a post yet where somebody said there overweight. Everybody is either a pretty good weight, or under.

Well it IS a boxing forum; so I would fully expect more people to be in shape (especially compared to other forums out there)

6 feet 165 lol dude you need 2 eat. that is ridiculously light for his height are u kidding me. Walk around weight at 165 for 6 foot. get ya weight up lil man.

when im not in shape I weigh 170 and im 5'10, and thats just from eating and no exercise.

6 foot and no exercising weighing 165 thats starvation at its finest

I'm 6"2.5'', 158 pounds (21 years old) and I would be able to get down to 154 EASILY if I ran a lot more.. maybe even 147 if I got into a sauna and didn't eat for a day. Here come the eating comments.. I would probably out eat most of you guys around 200 pounds here though.

Unlike most Russians, I'm not "wide", but I'm definitely nothing close to freakishly skinny like Paul Williams or Chico Corrales. I'm not exactly sure why I weigh so little, if you saw me in real life you would never guess I'm 158. It would be interesting to see what would happen if I only ran for a few months.. I could probably get down to 150, looking like Celestino Caballero, after draining down to 140 pounds and challenging Torres for the title. :D

I'm 5ft9" and around 168lbs. i train 4-5 days a week (running, resistance training, sparring etc) so does that mean that 168 isn't actually
    my natural weight?

You sound proper healthy, but I bet they would boil you down to 160 if you were a pro.

You're a ****ing idiot dude. There's basically no difference between you and this guy.

Mike Tyson weighed 220 and was only 5'10, you're a tiny, scrawny little cocksucker aren't ya compared to him? I'd laugh at a little ***** like you if i saw you walking down the street, you ****ing girl.
