Navarrete almost got knocked out by an unproven, late replacement Liam Wilson and was only able to avoid it because he bought himself extra time by spitting out his mouth guard. Then it nearly happened again later, but he was saved by Wilson getting overeager and smothering his own work right before the time ran out. Valdez is probably going to do what Wilson came close to doing, and that's coming from someone who doesn't even like Valdez. Shakur would school him.
