Ted " Kid " Lewis won Titles at every weight from Feather to Light Heavy and won and defended the World Welterweight Title in the States. Jack " Kid " Berg and Len Harvey are also worth a shout. Of the 3 mentioned in the OP, I would say only Calzaghe is at possibly the same level.
