Who wins?? both grigorian and Orzubek were very good fighters who never really made it big cause they never had that BIG fight......say vs stevie johnston, mosley etc. orzubek had the better resume. he has some quality fighters on it like two wins over thobela and ko´s over gamache and leavander johnson. grigorian made more defenses of the wbo title, but his comp totally sucked. still, he was a very good boxer, fast, swift with a good chin and a solid punch. in his prime he was a thing of beauty to watch. too bad his german promoter never invested in him. nazarov orzubek was the far harder puncher, but not as mobile and not quite as versatile a combination puncher as grigorian was. both also had alot in common. both were amateur stars from the former soviet union and were among the first to "make it" in the west. neither went to the USA looking for glory ( as most did). instead the opted for germany and japan and had a low profile in the usa. and both were southpaws. who wins?? i pick narzarov. his precise but far harder punching would wear grigorian down and stop him late in very good fight.
