If only they could make sure he'd be stable, Mike Tyson would be such a great commentator. He knows the sport and its history inside out.
Yep, plus he can articulate that knowlegde. IMO they need a personality in that team and there's no bigger personality then Iron Mike, i think he would be great, but as you say how the heck would they keep him consistent and stable? If they had trouble getting Roy to attend production and pre fight meets how will they get Mike to do anything and one never knows what mood he's gonna be in with his drug dependency and behavioural disorder. If those things could be sorted out though, Tyson would be awesome in the booth.
As much as I love Nazim...I think he has TOO MUCH FLAVA' for HBO. Maybe Showtime or one of the FOX-SPORTSNET Boxing Telecast. But he is way too "URBAN" for Lampley, Merchent and Kellerman.
I would like to see Nazim as a special in-studio guest with Brian Kenny on FNF ESPN2...THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. Damn, I miss FNF last night...I hope he wasn't on there.
i agree...he does have his weaknesses like every man, but his strenghts r what media needs nd keep him n boxing...
Mosley and his crew, were very interesting. they did not fail, they exposed Fm chin. Pac, will beat him.
