I think its a good learning experience for Pacquiao. That's why I think Guzman would be a good risk/opponent for Pac these days.

I'm sorry but Shane was on his motherf*cking bike in there with PAC. He went through the motions of flickin out his jab and feinted but when ever PAC would move forward Shane stopped boxing and was backpedaling AWAY from PAC's left. That's why you didn't see Shane going straight back! Going straight back with PAC in front of you means eventually that sharp left will find it's mark at some point.

The only time you saw Shane walking around PAC was when PAC was waiting on Shane to throw so he could counter. EVERY time PAC made forward motion Shane "flight" instinct kicked in and he got the heck out of dodge. Shane never LITERALLY broke out in full sprint, back and head towards Manny, but he made damn sure he was going to hear the final bell.

When a vet like Shane decides he's not going to fight and is intent on surviving there is little anyone can do about it. Team PAC chose Shane because it made sense financially. Does it do a lot for PAC's legacy...:verysad... But it's a big name which is the same reason Floyd picked on JMM to fight in his comeback, the only difference is JMM was the smaller man coming up 2 weight classes and PAC and Shane were already at 147.
