    I woulda given Johnson a few more secs but I think even so Johnson wouldnt have shown enough to prevent it from being stopped

    Ref might have stepped in early but Johnson was on his way down and couldn't defend himself. Stevens was absolutely pounding him, and Johnson wasn't "all there" tough one for a ref, bit like Froch VS Groves in some ways.

    Now lets have a rematch!

    Quick stoppage.......another one.
    Big left hook, but Johnson may have made it through the round. He was not trapped on the ropes, and was about to hit the canvas.
    Take an 8 count, and either make it through the rest of the round or stevens would have got a clean KO.
    Refs don't even give a fighter time to fall down before waiving fights off nowadays.
