Brewer marches up to Cruz and leans forward, chin tucked. Several hooks to the head by Cruz, glancing. Brewer taps himself on the chest and barks aggressively down at Cruz. High jabs by Cruz. BIG LEFT HOOK TO THE CHIN BY CRUZ, turning Brewer's head. BIG UPPERCUT to the chest by Cruz, followed by a hook to the head as Brewer doubles over. Brewer is still taunting and talking ****, dropping his jaw open very wide and vulnerable as he mouths off to Cruz at point blank. Brewer throws a left hook, weak and slow and ducked. Cruz is knocked back by a right hand on the inside, thinking he was home free to set up shop and work the body. Brewer flashes a jab at him. Left uppercut clips Cruz as he pulls back. Hard jabs by Cruz coming forward. Hard triple jab in response by Brewer backing up. Body shots by Brewer as they press together for a moment, then he backs out and dodges a hook with a backward lean.

Excellent finish by both men. They each raise their arms in the moments before the final bell.
