    Rosado must have regressed or something, dude is jumping in and out like an idiot. will not work behind his jab to come in, won't throw lead rights, and fidgets a lot for no reason.

Rosado is smartening up, laying traps while moving and countering the counter puncher. Rosado is circling around and firing lead rights with Powell out of position. Left uppercut by Powell just misses. Rosado is shimmying side to side and staying off Powell's right jab. Short left hand lead by Powell.
