Brewer circles left and jabs. Cruz reaches out and swipes a few hooks to the body. Brewer is using his height, controlling the distance while orbiting. Mostly single and double jabs, a few light rights trailing. Cruz doesn't have the gap narrowed enough to try any straight shots, so he's sticking with hooks to the hip as Brewer passes by. Double hook by Cruz, body to head. High solo hook catches Brewer asleep at the wheel. Brewer puts his arms straight up while strafing off the ropes. Slap-hook with the left by Brewer, hitting the back of Cruz's upheld right glove.

Cruz chases Brewer with high left hooks, blocking his jabs and staying low. Sweeping right to the body. Brewer keeps dancing around on the outside, switching between a stream of jabs or right hand leads to the body. BIG powerful hooks by Cruz, lefts up top and rights to the body. Brewer is getting just partially clipped by the head shots but is on the run. Cruz takes steps to either side to cut off Brewer's escape but runs out of time.
