Cruz is landing hard body punches coming forward, then covering up and remaining in a forward rhythm as Brewer dials the clock around him. Good long left hook by Brewer on the move. Push-jabs by Brewer, weak and not meant to do much but steady him as he moves past Cruz. Hard body shots by Cruz, straight ones now rather than hooks. Hook upstairs, only glancing but still scoring. Brewer is circling left, heel over heel, and popping light jabs which never penetrate Cruz's guard. STIFF left jab by Cruz, slamming Brewer back a step. Hooks to the ribs by Cruz. Clinch. Cruz keeps working. Break. Brewer flurries hoping to kill time until the bell and Cruz catches him with a BIG overhand right.

The funny thing is one of them (either BJ or the other numbskull...the one who isn't Freddie, obviously) even commented on how biased the crowd is and how they're cheering loudly for stuff whether it's landing or not.

Brewer is circling around popping light straight flurries. Whatever touches Cruz's face is ignored. Most is hitting gloves instead. Cruz patiently works his way forward, landing body shots and stiff up-jabs to the little tuft Prenice calls a beard. HARD RIGHT HAND BY CRUZ!! Brewer is hurt, leaning against the ropes and then rappelling along them to safety.
