Whittaker is stepping around to his left and putting out the long jab, catching Rosado under the elbows. Rosado is patiently narrowing in, getting the hook down across the back of Whittaker's head while trying to corner him. Right hand over the top by Rosado. Another big right. Left hook, right hand combo lunging forward and chasing Whittaker back into a corner but not getting more than a small piece of contact. Whittaker falls in with a right hand to stem the tide, then back to circling. Reaching jabs to the body by Rosado, and a right hand up top. Three flush jabs to the chin by Rosado as Whittaker tries to tuck it in while retreating.

Whittaker is cautiously circling on the outside, putting the long jab in low with very relaxed unrolling motions from where he keeps it reeled at his side. Rosado is trying to work his way in behind the left jab out of an up and down crouch and weave. Whittaker reaches out and shoves Rosado to the ground to get out of the corner. No knockdown. More pressure by Rosado. Whittaker hooks the body. Rosado dives in with a right hand to the chest. Short uppercut by Whittaker while backing up. Rosado pressures with the jab but isn't touching Whittaker.
