    Cruz is bad at boxing.

Beating Adjaho, Conyers, and Brewer actually isn't all that impressive. Yeah, they're all fighters who've appeared on television several times and we've all heard of them - but they're all mediocre and all basketcases. (and except Brewer, past it)

    Round 7

Smith is stepping in, barking out combos to head and body and rolling back from Cruz's overhand counters. Smith is landing that jab and stepping out and to the left. Cruz slaps over with a right, missing. A touch to the body for Cruz. A combo to the body by Smith. Jab by Smith. Another spank downstairs by Cruz. Nice counter right uppercut by Smith to stay off the ropes.

    10-9 Smith

    69-64 Smith

All Smith had to do was make weight, and he'd have stood a shot at picking up a (minor) welterweight title. :-(

    Punch stats in the seventh:

    Smith 29 of 79, 37%

    Cruz 28 of 71, 39%

 They actually gave Smith credit for landing one more shot! (but still at a lower percentage, which is :rofl:rofl:rofl)

Cruz beat the hell outta him in that one! Excellent Cruz round roughing him up.

77-75 Cruz. Can see a draw maybe also.

Damn close fight. I missed the first two and a half rounds so I can't score it.
