Dargan is coming to Brooks, showing the jab but withholding until Brooks fires his right jab and then countering. Nice crisp straight combos by Dargan, mixing in some far-flung left hooks. Brooks gets in a couple of counter right hooks on the ear while circling low against the ropes. Dargan keeps moving forward, setting up combos with the jab and jab-feint.

Round 2

Dargan lines up Brooks with a perfect right cross after touching him with a counter jab. Dargan is ambushing Brooks with beautiful counters, rocking him back with an uppercut after turning his hips to simultaneous load it up and slip Brooks' right jab. Straight left to the body by Brooks coming forward. Brooks keeps his guard up and pecks with a double jab, not reaching. Good movement by Dargan. Flurry by Dargan stepping around, Brooks landing a right hook. Dargan takes a step back landing a jab and then boomerangs in with an uppercut and left hook.

Brooks ducks and rolls but gets popped with a right cross and left hook. Brooks reaches up top with a right hook and misses as Dargan peels out around the ring on the sides of his feet. Crisp counter combos by Dargan. Brooks is just missing with the up-shot left and some wide right hooks pressing in.

Round 4

Dargan is turning Brooks and landing the left hook, then taking double steps back as Brooks paws the right jab and looks for a spot for his big wide right hook. They jab at mid-range and both land crosses at the same time, Dargan's right hitting Brooks on the bridge of the nose and Brooks' left just grazing Dargan.
