Mikhaylenko is doubling the rigid jab and working the right cross from outside. Mikhaylenko is stepping to his left, hitting the body and getting tied up as Cruz throws a heavy left hook up top, washed up on Mikhaylenko's right arm. Mikhaylenko is jabbing high, missing by a razor's edge as Cruz leans forward. Left hook on the body and chopping right by Mikhaylenko, missing the latter. Mikhaylenko is pinched in between a descending right hand and left upper-hook by Cruz, thrown almost simultaneously. Mikhaylenko is jabbing the body, squatting, and takes a right hand from Cruz.

Mikhaylenko is leaning forward, making his arms into a wall as Cruz jabs at his face. Cruz brings it down and works hooking combinations on the body. Mikhaylenko is flashing jabs into Cruz's head and body and slashing the stomach with hooks. Mikhaylenko is leans away from a jab and collapses atop Cruz. Body shots by Cruz.

Mikhaylenko is ducking and weaving, coming in and tying up. Mikhaylenko is tapping Cruz up over the eyes with his right hand. BIG CHOPPING RIGHT COUNTER BY CRUZ! Mikhaylenko is trading with him. Mikhaylenko is hit with a shoveling right on the body. Overhand right by Cruz, slipping under Mikhaylenko's left hook and scoring more in combination. Mikhaylenko is missing with the left hook charging in. Cruz sits briefly on the ropes and comes in to greet Mikhaylenko with a flurry. Cruz falls back into the ropes, blocking. Body flurry by Cruz.
