All I see is a midget who is smaller than my 11 year old nephew making the same whiny noises when he gets a smack for not cleaning after himself after dinner.

Looks like slow-motion compared to a prime Pac still a few divisions higher.

Is this video sped up. I've not seen it in a long time, and don't remember Pacquiao being this fast.

Nope that was his true speed. That’s why I laugh at people who say he must have been on PEDs because he got stronger (p4p) and faster as he moved up.

Really, he massively slowed when he moved up and his power dropped significantly p4p. At FW he was dropping iron jaws like MAB and Morales, that would be equivalent to him dropping ODLH, Margo, Garcia at WW which just doesn’t happen. World champs like Ledwaba would be absolutely shocked by his power. That would be equivalent to him just running through Thurman.

What really happened was that he was a physical phenom who got by on speed, power and stamina in the lower weights. Maybe his score at lower weights was like:
Physical (speed, stamina, power) - 100/100
    Skills - 50/100

then he moved up in weight and it was more like:
    Physical - 90/100
    Skills - 80/100

Still enough to beat everyone but he definitely regressed physically. Look at those 12 round non-stop wars with morales, jmm and Mab. He lacked the stamina to go a hard 12 rounds since Cotto.

I always laugh when people say Pac kept his speed and power as he went up in weight he was on roids.

No he didnt. His speed and power wasnt nearly the same when he moved up in weight.

Less shredded, as well. At 147, it took him awhile to actually start coming in at 146-147 at the weigh in. Against ODLH, he was like 142. Against Margarito, he was 144. And at 147, he's not rehydrating 10-15 pounds. To me, that would be an indicator of PED use.

If you look at Clenelo, every time he's moved up in weight, he's weighed close to the limit. He was 174.75 for Kovalev, as an example. And he rehydrates some more.
