anyone have any good neck exercises? You gotta be careful because doing the wrong type of exercise could serious injure you, so i was wondering if you guys knew some ones that were safe and good! thanks!

Got it off Ebay, you attatch weights to the bottom of it, and perform reps, basically nod your head up and down

Do not start to heavy, and do not make jerky motions

    It's very good

I've seen those on 24/7, I think as long as i work my way up doing slow full motion reps it will be good like you said! I have a thick neck as is, but you look at someone like Tysons neck and its a wonder he had such great punch resistance, his neck was so strong it didnt snap back causing the brains to rattle...thanks for the tip

No prob, it was only about $6 too, and I've used a 20kg plate on it and it held very well, it's a good investment.

I've been considering getting one of those head harnesses but am afraid it would pull out my hair (it's long). How stable is it on the top of the head?

Very, it has a strap so you basically tighten it like a belt around your forehead.
