Neck Harness Weight Training

    Im an Amateur Boxer and have never done any neck weight training, Is it a good idea to introduce this into my workout? I dont really know a lot about it, couuld anyone advise me on how to train with weights on my neck?

    You can buy a harness for about £15 without weights.

    Be very careful with your form though. Ask somebody at your gym to show you how to do it properly if you're not sure.

    yeah with a harness, can anyone suggest what weight size to start off with how many sets and reps etc?

    must be mike "the machine" Ive seen them with a full grown dude hanging off it and made it seem light.

    thats unreal with 150 lbs on a neck harness, didnt think that was even possible.
