Neck pain from being punched

    Alright guys how you all doing.
    I was body sparring and the other guy punched me in my neck by mistake he apologised we were ok it happens.
    The next day I was in huge pain even now I have pain and my right side of my neck is stiff.
    I am not sure if my neck is sore due to the punch or if I had slept wrong.

    You might want to look into soccer, not gonna be as much pain involved

    What is Soccer, I know football dont know what soccer is though.
