From sitting at a computer too much, it's right at the base of my neck, it developed over the last day or two . . . When I am in the midst of a long session of not having moved from the computer, the base of my neck is very tense and any movement gives me shooting pains. After standing up and moving around, it fades for the most part. However, when I do push-ups or similar excercises the same spot tingles in a very alarming way . . . Anybody experienced something similar from hunching over a keyboard all day at work? . . . Or have suggestions on a stretch to work it out? I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my posture, but the more I shift around trying to straighten my back, the worse it feels.
I had that when I had my computer to the side, so I had to turn my head to use it: sorted when I put the screen directly in front of me
