If you want to work the sides then use a weight plate, lie on your side and lift the plate with your head. Use a towel or something for padding. Answer your question?

no its not bad (your neck is designed to bend that way), just dont allow the weight to push your head down farther than your able to bend it normally and keep the reps very controlled. You can do isometrics by leaning against a wall and resting your head on a towel or pillow too, while maintaining a straight neck.

Every other day, i do neck bridges....! and roll back and forth, for 30 reps. They are pretty much the same as what Mike Tyson used to do, but i only do the reverse neck Bridge, and i don't rotate my neck like Mike Tyson used to do..........i think this is too un-natural.

I just roll onto on forehead, keeping my back arched.......and then roll back putting the pressure on the back of my neck..............thats one rep.

I could go longer if i wanted to, but i don't see the point. I can do it holding a 20 kg weight plate if i wanted to........

I find these Neck Bridges, do wonders for my back, and improve my flexibility.

All my neck harnesses ive bought, always snap on me......so **** them.

I used to be able to neck curl 40kg for a complete laugh, standing neck curl that is..!!!!!

I roll back and forth in this position..!

This always makes me feel really ****ing sick afterwards. Really annoying and I'm not entirely convinced of its effectiveness, I'm just copying Sonny Liston really

    Crazy stuff this...

I just rep back and fourth in the back bridge for 50 reps now. I upped it from 30 reps, i feel that some of these exercises in this video are un-natural movements for your neck to be put under.
