For just before I go to bed every night, ideally conditioning abs, and including press ups, dips whatever... was thinkin something like 100 sit ups 3 x 20 dips 4 x 20 press ups 3 x 30 second windshields crunches to fail what else could i add into this, and whats the most effective ab exercises. keep in mind im working out in my room which aint very spacious
Theres loads. Do more than one exersise, do say, crunches, leg raises and russian twists to fail. Just an example, mix and match.
the most effective ab exercises are ones that do not work the hip flexors and make the abs do all of the work. janda sit ups would probably be good. another thing you should add is neck bridges and some kind of glute/ham exercise. glute ham raises are supposed to be the best, you could make one of these things too though.
