My new routine for maintaining strength and getting fit will consist of 2-3 gym sessions a week using weights, doing 5x5 on one push, one pull, and leg press (until I can do deads and squats again). Today I did 5x5 on 85kg bench press, 5x5 75kg pulldowns (I'll up this next time, wasn't too bad), and 5x5 on leg press with 90kg of plates and no idea what the slider weighs. The rest of the time I'm doing cardio stuff. I've updated my training log with a few targets as well.
