Nah, Ishida is a natural 154 pounder, but has fought at 160; he fought at 160 against Kirkland, 154 against Williams, and most recently, 160 against Pirog. Although I don't think he has a lot of power, he just has surgical precision, and with a sluggish, straight ahead guy like Kirkland, it made him look a lot more powerful. But yeah, it's Nobuhiro Ishida who he's talking about.
Or not! But glad you found out who you talking about. . . I hate when that happens. . . But Ishida pretty much met all the criteria - style, southpaw, KO'd guy in 1 round. . Except for power, but he LOOKED like he had some world class power against the plodding Kirkland.
