Need help on body type

    It's nothing to do with boxing, it's the fact somebody being 6'1 and weighing 140lbs is underweight. What does that have to do with me boxing?

    Because we're talking fighting weight here. I could bulk up 30 pounds so I'd be 5'9" at 170 (fight weight), and I'd comply to the image weight lifters have about athleticism. Problem is a lean athletic person naturally belonging there would beat the living **** out of me at that weight.

    No idea what ROM is but yes I do proper repititions.

    When I say eat what I want, I eat to my appetites content. Generally that doesnt invovle eating 3500 although I dont count.

    Caballero, Corrales, young Pavlik, young Hearns are all exceptions. These guys all had great genes and their metabolic systems allowed them to be strong and fit with extremely lean body types.

    I don't think you can say that, everybody is built differently.
