I'm having trouble picking and choosing the right sparring gloves and headgears...

I am currently looking at the Cleto Reyes Pro Training/sparring gloves that's on ringside.com and the Cleto Reyes full face headgear..

Has anyone ever tried the two? How does the headgear feel? I been using the everlast competition headgear but I'm now looking to upgrade to training headgears..

Here are the links to the gloves and headgear

Any other suggestions on gloves and headgears would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks.

What are your intentions with boxing? Competition or what?

I have been conditioning myself for about 2 months now and have been in the ring sparring lightly a few times. I do plan on competing in the welterweight class.

I'm a little over 5'7 and about 145 pounds.. I don't know what my reach is though.. Should I start off at a lower weight class then welterweight?

    Thanks.

You won't be able to use that if you live in England. AIBA don't aprove headguards which cover the cheeks I think

Thanks Kolya for suggesting those Headgears and gloves and the rest for helping out.

I plan on getting separate gears, ones for competetion and ones for training.. Is it normal to do that? Should I just stick with the competion gears so I would get use to it during matches? The reasons for me really wanting new headgears is because I work in an office and every once in awhile I would walk in with a busted lip or a bruised nose and my boss and sometime clients touring the place would look at me in a weird way.. I plan on sparring a lot more when it gets closer to October because that's when my first match is.. I guess in a way I'm just trying to play it safe for my current job and matches.

Should I just suck it up and keep on using the competition gears?

    Thanks

If you want to spend a ton of money and can; by all means. You shouldn't be using competition gloves to spar all the time; but I think it's best to wear competition headgear to get you used to what you'll wear in a match.
