Ok, I am about 5"6, 158 lbs. I am pretty slim, so much so that most people think I weigh less than I do.

I do cardio now (mostly working on the elliptical machine), and I eat a high fiber diet(fruits, veggies, wheat pasta) which I notice seems to keep my weight in check (despite alot of bar hopping as of late):D

I am looking in to doing some weight training, but not to try to get big. I just want to get some really good definition, and maintain my current weight range (anywhere between 154-160), and build some strength as well.

I am not a boxer or fighter in any sport, but I want to get some help and tips from people who are more experienced at this sort of thing.

So, let's say I want to be between 154-160 and look lean and defined.

As far as diet, any tips? I eat alot of protein, but how much should I eat?

Should I concentrate solely on weight training? Or should I mix in things like situps and pushups as well?

Any help would be great. :good
