Bench used to be 470, last squat was highest (PT made me stronger), and deadlift was 665. Squat is most likely extremely low now, though, probably not even 135. Bu, for the 3rd straight year, I'll just have to work it back up after surgery. Kinda pissed though, because my doctor won't let me do PT, and I don't know why, and I'm hesitant to do it on my own, because I'm not a physical therapist, so I might try and come back too quickly.
Is this true? Imagine my disapointment when i saw 3 pages worth and must of it is of topic talking about powerlifting. I NEED HELP HERE PEOPLE
Probably not but with that kind of lifting you need to increasing muscle size to gain strength, no muscle mass gain would mean no strength gain either, he would basically just be wasting his time and probably even getting weaker.
I didn't say you did Sherlock, we are talking about ONE PARTICULAR TYPE OF WEIGHT TRAINING that is meant to increase strength through hypertrophy.
If any1 else see's this thread can you suggest good foods to eat best excercises to lose weight etc thanks
Does anyone in this bloody place know? 3/4 of the dam forum probably more swear by this water retaining placebo.
It also increases your strength by 35% and gives you the ability to fly, apparently. Creatine is by far one of the most overrated supplements on the market.
