It really is. Because it's so overrated random gym goers take it without even knowing what it actually does. I've heard all kinds of bull****, from creatine building more muscle to increasing speed and appetite. It can be effective if taken by the right people at the right time, but 90% of the people that take the stuff don't need it at all.
Agreed, but the products is still effective if taken properly, it's just idiots who take it without researching it who make it seem overrated because it doesn't do anything for them.
It ****s the Liver and Kidneys,Creatine , we naturally produce, overloading isnt good. Biochemistry of Exercise, was a long time ago 89 I think when I checked it out. :roll:
