Need help with workout routine to add strength

    Hey guys, i'm looking to gain some muscle weight, I have my diet in check and up'd my calories to where working out will make me grow but I'm looking for a good program for a boxer, I'm not so worried about size I just need to gain strength as i am very easily moved around my punches to my guard, I go between 115-125, always somewhere around there never do i remain at a steady weight.

    When I go to the gym I find myself doing the normal, jump rope, shadow box, heavy bag, double end, and mitts, then picking up some weights doing whatever i feel like and ending with core excercises. This really has done a lot for me and helped me gain muscle. but it's not the right way.. I have access to all the gym equipment i'd need but i'm looking for a program i can follow to where i grow equally because i feel i'm a little uneven right now.

    I'm looking to end up about 130 as my final weight as almost everyone i spar is 130 and up so i know i can take a punch from them and I am very willing to put all the time and training as well as changing my diet around to make these changes.
