right in training 2day i was sparing and my knee felt dead weak now ive dislocated it previously but that was a while back now and its been alright till now but i felt as if i was going to fall over everytime i moved so i was going to join an athletics club to run long distance because im pretty good at it, so i could strengthin my knee up and then start boxing after a couple of months, but i find it easy to walk away like now were i feel weak, but tomorrow il want to get back then the same thing will happen so should i take a break from boxing or not because im in a serious head fk
first and foremost....go see a doctor. i would avoid heavy impact exercises. wear a knee brace for support. look into strengthening the surrounding muscles doing leg extensions and leg curls. make sure u are properly hydrated so ur joints get the lubrication they need.
