What exactly do you want to know?

We had a sparring session last week with said boxer, and will be in contact with Perex and Cruz again this weekend.

If it is easier for you email me or PM me and we can chat.

    Thanks for all the responses.

@Tompodmore, ty for the link but they are mistaken. He is not a senior world champ but only junior. And a Cuban is Gold favorite in Beijing but not him, Osmay Acosta, Perez was only Cuba's #2.

@Gareth, I'm most astonished that he went to Cork of all places. Arena in Hamburg has 4 top Cubans and some fight out of the US. Why Ireland?

Possibly because we have a very good Cuban trainer here, Cruz.

Yeah Cruz seems to be the main factor that brought Perez to Ireland. Well that and the fact that it is far away from Cuba. I think it was a case of right time, right place for Cruz and Perez to form their Pro partnership.

Perez made his Pro debut last night and started in great form with a 1st round stoppage. Hopefully we will see more of Perez in Ireland
