Need some help cutting weight

    Sup my freinds I got my first MMA bout on May 31st and I need to get to 135 im 148 right now I know I can get there but I wanna do it alot more comfertably then I did in my last boxing bout. Any eating or exercise tips I could benefit from ?

    Do cardio 2x a day. Morning and evening so your body will continue to burn calories all day.

    Eat less. Cut back on salt. Cut sugar out and try to eat lots of vegetables, fruit and lean protein. Don't bother with pasta a rice for a couple of weeks. Only drink water and milk if you drink milk at all. The only calories you eat should be from food, stuff like juice and gatorade has a lot of sugar and calories.

    Thanks I dont **** with Gatorade and with the sugar I usually have a cup of coffee everynight with sugar should I cut that out until my off day ? I got some canalope and watermelon in the fride right now is that good ? Also cardio would it be ok to run twice a day ?

    Hes right. 1 Month is not a lot, but its enough to lose 10 pounds. You will have to work your ass off seriously though. 6 days a week jogging morning/night, cut on carbs/fat big time, the only liquid you should drink is 2% milk and water.

    As for your coffee, nothing over half a spoon.
