Hi guys maybe this is not the right forum to post this but i need your help . I got winged scapula and this is caused by weak serratus anterior (boxer muscle) so in order to fix this problem i need to strength serratus anterior i ve searched on different forums for bodybuilding or training but i didnt get the type of exercises i need to do so i thought this is the right forum to find the right training for my muscles since serratus anterior is the most used muscle on boxing. I have tried and push up plus and dumbbell pullovers but i dont feel my muscle working . Tried and some resistance punching i feelt it burining a little bit but wasent sure if i was doing right or not. Now my question is for those who training at boxig what exercises should i do or what type of training . thnx all
