I pulled a muscle in my right bicep doing some weights at the gym but I decided to go Boxing decide regardless. Didn't want them to think I quit after first sign of adversity, and I tried to take it easy on the bags, but I pulled it really bad and I've pretty much ruined my right arm for the time being. Thing is, when I punch...with either hand on the bags, I seem to hurt my arms or wrists. Is this because I'm so scrawny or because I have bad technique and what should I do to prevent it.

Most likely bad technique, make sure your hands are wrapped and get a coach to teach you correctly. If you're weak the lifting will help you to prevent injuries only if you lift with proper technique and use the right program. If it's a serious injury then see a dr. if not use some icyhot or tigerbalm and give it some rest.

Ur a new exerciser/boxer, why try and train your speed and power when you habven't mastered your technique yet? Also training through injury to prove a point is ******ed. Don't do it again. As for correcting your technique on a forum??!!! Come on pal, I don't think even Freddie Roach is that good.

No, it's becuase you've been a numb nut and continued training with a injury. Keep training and you'll probably do even more damage, then you wont be doing **** for weeks.

    Rest it.
