    I think it will depend on the state of his facial hair as cited by kostya_by_ko. If he's macking, the fight is on. If he's got bald patches in his beard or a sloppy fade...

    The WBA reg is a legal belt the WBA uses for law suits and such nonsense. If you're forcing the WBA you're getting a reg belt. The way the bodies work they all have smaller bodies handle regions and if you win a regional award you're automatically ranked in the next region. This system works to the world level which causes some significant legal issues for the WBA. They did not like stripping Lewis so they made up the reg and throw it at whoever has the best suit against them.
