I haven't checked the link, but if it is a basal metabolic rate calculator as the poster said, then you certainly do not need to go below this to lose weight, you do however need to buy under your total daily energy expenditure.
Apart from Virus and Eastside (mind you iv only really homed in on their posts so apologies to anyone else) seeing a lot of BS here. 8lbs in 2 weeks? Sheeiit i used to do 10lbs in a week. Easily accomplished using East Sides method. As long as you're replenishing this is a walk in the park with minimal risks to your health.
Just an update. By eating about 1400 cals, and my regular training regimen, I'm down to 192. I still have four days to go. Just have to keep this discipline for 4 more days LOL!
Awesome job man! Seeing as how this was posted on the first, you're pretty much there already. Last week I hit burnout and took the whole week off from diet & the gym. It all culminated in a bender Saturday night. Think I got it out of my system though, so it's time to get back on track this week. Still got just under 3 months to go.
