I will try and throw a couple things out there you could try, but what does 14stone convert to pounds? Anyway, what your doing seems like one hell of a routine, but I would consider changing your diet more than your training, seeing that you run and do cardio so much. I would attempt to lower your carb intake as well as the saturated fats you eat, I would stay away from anything that has empty carbs like soda pop, cakes, and potato chips, as well as bread, by doing that you should see some progress.

I would also like to include drinking tons of water, gun for a gallon in a half, not only will it make you less hungry, which in turn makes you eat less, but it also helps get rid of wastes, and regulate your bodies temperature, some studies also show cold water helps in getting rid of belly fat, which is another reason to include water in your diet. I take it your training for a fight and need to make weight, so I would stay away from any supplemants that include creatine, I know for me, when I take creatine it seems to increase my weight, but I understand everyones different, so it may not effect you like it did me.

I hope what I said was a little helpful, and good luck with your training and losing a couple pounds.

Water has absolutely no calories. The more you drink the better it is for you.
