Paleo works for me yet when i have my Breakfast (Banana and Almonds) and Lunch (Salmon and Veg) i get stuck on what to have for Snacks and what to have for Dinner, any help? I carve Carbs big time! Bread/Oats etc. But i don't want to gorge on Fruit 24/7. I do a fair bit of Cardio every week (Cross Trainer intervals which total up to 3 miles < Three times a week, and some Cycling < Usually 15 miles per week), Strength Train etc. Any tips? It's getting beyond annoying now.
too each there own my friend i know puma does paleo and gets good results and trains HARD. But i found paleo to not be for me. The only problem id see for you is that maybe to replace the breads, pasta etc type of meals your eating high fat foods which up the calories.
Why? Your body doesn't recognise if the food you're eating is out of a box or the earth, it recognises nutrients within the foods.
Very true mate. However if this not eating food out of a box **** is going to make him eat a healthier diet, i support it:good.
By Food from a Box i mean stuff like Oats, Cereal, That kind of thing. Processed stuff, In a nutshell. ;-)
That's pretty much it in a nutshell. People try to make it more complicated than it is when they mention what they crave, what they like, what they don't like, so on and so forth. Burn more calories than you intake and you'll lose weight. If that isn't working than it's possible that you need to move up. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY(this comes with experience)!
