I have had a long lay off im still in pretty good shape and have been boxing for many years. I have put on over 3 stone in muscle/fat gone from 11 1/2 stone to 14+ stone :shock:. I would like to get back down to 80kg but the goal is 75kg i know how to train and how to diet i would just like as much advice on training,dieting and any tip's that are going to help me out. I will keep a update in the training log thread on how i am doing and i will upload pictures etc. Your opinions are welcome i just need as much information on everything par actual boxing as like i have said i know have to box any workouts cardiovascular running etc hope you get my drift i just need as much advice so i can write out a week in week out training program thankyou for reading
