Im wanting to fight at Super Featherweight needing to loose 4kg Will this be to much and take to much sap out of me? I am carrying abit of 'extra' Weight but not of 4kg. Is it advised? I am only 5f7 and would feel alot better fighting this weight i would think. I will be looking to turn pro end of next year hopfuly.

Only you yourself can answer the question you're asking. How many fights did you have so far and at what weight? I'm asking that because in the amateurs there is no super feather weight, you'd be a lightweight up to 60 kg.
