To lose to the likes of Tibau and Pellegrino is not a valid excuse for cutting him. Anyway, he fights this Friday on the Max Fights DM bill. Hopefully, he can clock up a few wins and get back where he wants to be!
Cutting him in the first place was absolutely ridiculous. He wasn't getting knocked out or destroyed. For the exception of his UFC debut, he's always involved in a competitive fight. Neer is fun to watch. I remember the gash that Melvin Guillard opened on him, Neer knew the Doctors weren't gonna let it go to a 2nd round, so he subbed Melvin moments later with a TC. Guys like Melvin Guillard and Chis Lytle lose fights and they're jobs are never threatened. Guys like Rich Clementi & Josh Neer get black balled, and those guys are really good. It sucks the way they get treated.
