Aparrantly, there are some foods that take more energy to digest, than what is actually contained in the food itself, is this true? I have done some research into this on the web, and there are a lot of websites that say this is actually true; I remember last year, my science teacher even said that this is true, however I did not pay much attention to it at the time, therefore i am not sure. Can anyone give me there opinion on the matter? Is it true/false?
Just wondering, why does it matter? And yes, celery does take more calories to digest than you get from it.
You guys must have pretty fun lives, while you are enjoying them please get the **** off of this thread, thanks:thumbsup.
Take it easy Fredd, you have gotten three good answers with a few jokes along the way, what's wrong with that?
i personally thought chips and biscuits was funny lol...but yea celery is most likely the most fitting to that category.....or u could just use lemon water, helps curve your appetite
I had only heard of celery... but they already mentioned it. If you're worried about appetite sipping on water regularly through out the day might help.
