Aparrantly, there are some foods that take more energy to digest, than what is actually contained in the food itself, is this true?
I have done some research into this on the web, and there are a lot of websites that say this is actually true; I remember last year, my science teacher even said that this is true, however I did not pay much attention to it at the time, therefore i am not sure.
Can anyone give me there opinion on the matter? Is it true/false?

Just wondering, why does it matter?

And yes, celery does take more calories to digest than you get from it.

i personally thought chips and biscuits was funny lol...but yea celery is most likely the most fitting to that category.....or u could just use lemon water, helps curve your appetite

I had only heard of celery... but they already mentioned it. If you're worried about appetite sipping on water regularly through out the day might help.
