If youd have read my previous posts youd find i didnt say only train maximal intensity And if youd have read them youd also see I DID RUN 6-7 miles as fast as possible every day and did 10 miles on a sunday. I did this for approximately a year. Now the most i run is 3-4 miles as fast as possible. I would only do this once maybe twice a week and fill the other time i have with HIIT training, intervals, bag work, strength endurance training , explosive strength and max strength training. Id rather not waste 45 to an hour of my life doing something that is not going to benifit me Especially as people seem to lump BOXING into one category. Alot of people seem to be doing this because its old school or the pros do it . I dont think many of them will be fighting a 12 rounder anytime soon ??? So why train for it ?
Think what is needed is something that works all the Bodys systems at once. Also without impact, but giving muscle conciousness and giving the joints the ability to repair while training at high intensity, sounds a good idea yes.
Norfolk, just getting people use to the idea , in about a month im told. Theres another year of tests, but we have enougth to go with it, you no the crack :good
