Good rebound fight for Groves. If he wins his career if back on track, if he loses..... The only paydays he'll be seeing from here on out are domestic matches, which isn't a bad thing but his options will be few and far between outside of England.
Well Groves gave Froch two tough fights and come back on solid. But i agree, I'm not so sure that Fitzpatrick is a good trainer for Groves.
Hopefully Kessler is in Groves' corner for this fight, they're both Sauerland boys. I know Badou isn't some kind of Clubber Lang who beat George in the past, but it'd be fun to see Kessler train George to victory, dancing to Danish 1-2's, only to request a "favor" after the big win... you know, with Kessler going "ding, ding" with his mouthpiece in before the fight breaks out. Wait, Groves didn't beat Kessler for the world title. Maybe Kessler will be killed by Kovalev in an exhibition match. Kessler is Apollo, Apollo is Kessler.
Par for the course with my boss when I sent in a new statement of work to him this morning. :conf Seriously though I think Kessler & Groves have sparred in the past, it's not impossible... they're both anti-Carl to some extent, helps the small talk. Froch I mean, not Weathers. Weathers double crosses empires, helps hockey goons play golf, gets Sly to dance like Sugar Ray, he's aces in my book.
Dont know nothin bout this Jack guy but Dirrell then Groves? Sounds like the sort of guy boxing needs more of
