Neither of these gentlemen are top 3 p4p fighters after tonight.

Usyk and Bud are P4P better than Bivol and Beterbiev.

That doesn't mean anything. Sometimes two top fighters have fights like this. Doesn't mean squat if they are evenly matched. As usual YDKSAB.

 

I'd certainly have Usyk, Bud and inoue above them. They are still very good

 

Why? Bud just struggled with Madrimov.. who's not close to a Bivol level of fighter.. & Usyk & Inoue don't have someone as good as a Bivol or AB in the opposite corner.. when two high caliber fighters clash they can nullify & cancel each other out somewhat, I've seen it numerous times.. thats what happened here, tense cagey style clash between two elite fighters. Doesn't mean they aren't as good as previously thought because they didn't look as dominant.. they are evenly matched.. as the levels get better the margins narrow

 

Well I don't have them in my top 3, but its odd to perceive two top tier guys being well matched as some kind of indictment against them. They both struggled because the other guy was really good. The level was extremely high.

Beterbiev v Bivol was surely the boxing purist's dream matchup atm and I don't think that it failed to deliver. Two absolute geniuses with their respective styles. Was never a nailed on firework fest. The best fought the best and it was one hell of a close contest over 12 rounds.

Just putting this out there... I think that Crawford is probably the most versatile boxer and arguably the most gifted on the planet. But if I had to choose which fighter out of Crawford, Usyk, Inoue, Beterbiev and Bivol would choose a payday over a genuine challenge then I'd also again choose Crawford

 

Trinket belts... fought a load of overmatched B levellers & shot has beens.. weight grifted the **** out of boxing too.. hasn't fought anyone the calibre of Bivol.. in fact he's chasing Bivols leftovers

 

Quite often when 2 elite guys clash there skills are too high for anything eventful to happen

 

Both fought at a really high level and were evenly matched. That usually happens when the best fight the best in their division. The OP doesn’t appreciate the sweet science at its finest.

 

Beterbiev is easily top 4 now the haters can suck it
