It's one thing to trash talk. But who in their right mind would actually get in the ring with AJ? It's like one of us trashing Fury and then flying to England to fight him!

A while back Netflix started exploring live sports. They did a test run in boxing with Jake Paul, who of course introduced them to the world of freak fights. Netflix being the slop machine it is, they embraced this side of boxing with open arms once they saw the Tyson vs Paul viewership numbers.
Paul was supposed to fight Davis, Davis decided to fight his baby mama as a tuneup... here we are.

The chances of a wealthy YouTuber who dabbles in boxing at a level lower than celebrity Tommy Fury knocking out or otherwise defeating a top heavyweight boxer who is just that much bigger are practically... zero.

I don't know what would have to happen to AJ's health for him to get beaten by this man in the ring.

The only thing I suspect, though I'm not necessarily right, is an agreement between the parties that Paul would be treated a bit more leniently so he could show some substance and so this fight wouldn't end his career. I suspect this because under normal circumstances, this fight makes absolutely no sense. Paul earned a lot of money for easier fights. Why would he need a tough KO?

This RBR thread is going to be at 30 pages before the first bell rings.

This is my thinking on it also, let’s be honest the money on offer is insane, more than enough to persuade Joshua to go a little bit easy and see the fight out, especially at this stage of his career, it’s an absolute gift..

Apparently Jake is going to cum on his ass when the bell rings. Now I might not want to see this.

Jake isn't stupid. He's probably well aware of what Joshua can do to him. He chose him for the fight because he wouldn't lose his image. If some average cruiser had beaten him, it would have looked much worse. Nobody expects anything good from AJ, and they probably made a small deal to give Joshua some time and space. Here, every punch, attack, or evasion from Paul will be treated as proof that he's much better than he seems. And Joshua will likely be thrown out or criticized by the boxing world.
A fight with Fury might be ahead of him. If he's made any progress with Usyk's team, it's even better if he doesn't reveal it before the fight with Fury, who has always been a bit wary of this fight.

Some of you here have the theory that Jake may believe in his own hype and genuinely thinks he can do an Andy Ruiz here. It's extremely difficult for me to believe this. I guess all the guys with hard sparring/fighting experience here know that someone get conscious of his level very quickly once in the ring. Then look at the sparring partners of Jake: Anderson, Okolie...

I need a Rocky 3 style training montage of Usyk training AJ for the Fury fight.

Ruiz would pummel Paul all around the ring like a rag doll. The guy literally lost to a bum in Tommy Fury. Fury isn't even near a British level fighter.

There's only one way that Paul is looking anywhere near decent in there tonight and that's if the fight is scripted.

No multi millionaire in their right mind would get in the ring with Joshua. Which is why I just can't believe this fight is legit tonight.

However, there are plenty of ordinary people in the world who'd get in the ring with him for life changing money. I'd sure as hell get into the ring with him for a lot less than $90m lol.

I don't think I would get in the ring with him for any amount of money. Even if there was a secret contract. Once the bell rings, he could throw the straight right and send me to another world. Rich, end of career, super heavyweights aren't the type to throw fights.

I am expecting fantastic ring walks, hot ring girls, controversy, and probably not much else!

I think Paul's world is so totally skewed now that money means nothing to him. He's surrounded by hangers-on who make him believe he's invincible and he's probably convinced himself that losing to Fury junior was an all-time robbery. What he wants he gets and what he wants more than anything is to be a world-class boxer. He believes it, therefore he is.

The undercard sucks too. Guess no money left after those two took everything.
